As you apply for Domo Fiber membership, order a product, register for participation in activities of various sorts or send an email to Domo Fiber to make inquiries or suggestions, the Company will ask you to provide personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number and credit card number (as identified in relevant laws as No. C001 identifiable name, C002 identifiable bank account number and C003 personal description). The information shall be stored in your account.
4. Use period, area, object and method
Before you ask the Company to stop using your personal information or the Company stops providing relevant services, all your personal information collected within the territory of ROC shall be processed and used for necessary purposes. The information is used for the management of Domo Fiber members, provision of search functions for customer management, and the facilitation of personal identification verification, money flow, logistics services and marketing and advertising.
5. Your rights to your personal information being collected
You have rights to your personal information being collected by the Company. They include: inquire about or ask to access, ask for a copy, ask for addition or correction, ask to stop collecting, processing or using, and ask for deletion. The Company will serve you at the “services” window.
6. If you refuse to provide your personal information or agree to provide only part of the information, it may result in the Company’s being unable to provide services to you either in whole or in part. 
7. Provision of personal information to third party:
(1) The Company will by no means provide, trade, lease or sell your personal information to any other individuals, groups, private enterprises or government agencies. But exceptions do occur under the following conditions:
a. You have agreed to let the Company’s consignors or cooperating enterprises have access to your personal information for purposes as have been specified.
b. The Company is legally bound to provide personal information of customers to judicial authorities, investigators, prosecutors and other relevant authorities for activities related to execution of duty to a reasonable extent. 
c. Provision of personal information of customers to PayPal and its associated enterprises:

The Company may provide your personal information to PayPal and its associated enterprises for the following purposes:
(a) To speed up the payment process, if your payment is made within the range of services provided by the Company and you pay via PayPal.
(b) To facilitate the delivery process, purchasing via PayPal and other services. 
(c) To provide certain services, including the account that explains services to you and assistance in solving disputes (such as order or transaction disputes).
(d) To prevent, detect, reduce and investigate latent illegal acts, fraud and security loopholes, and assess management risks. For example, you shall receive a real-time alert if fraudulent activities are detected in your Domo Fiber or PayPal account.
(e) As the Company provides, if necessary, personal information of customers to consignors, it will sign relevant contracts with them to govern the management of the information. 

Privacy rights of minors:
The Company does not allow minors under the age of 20 to use any services provided by Domo Fiber, nor does it intentionally collect identifiable personal information of minors under the age of 20. If you are underage, please do not use Domo Fiber services or provide any of your personal information to the Company. If the Company finds there is personal information of minors being collected by its system, it will take reasonable measures to delete the information and terminate related accounts.

Use of cookies:
Cookies are statistical files that our website’s server sends to a customer’s computer. If the customer visits again, our website’s server will recognize his/her computer by reading statistical files sent from it.
